Friendly and personable staff is one of the many advantages
of Pacific Place. With only 35 apartment homes, staff and residents
know each other well, and all requests for assistance are answered
quickly and efficiently with minimal interruption to the resident’s
activities. Our staff takes great pleasure in helping to make
life simple and enjoyable every day.
Activities, travel, and access to community services are a significant
part of our staff members who act as a personal concierge. Restaurant
reservations, airline reservations and tickets, information on
current shows and performances may be done by this person. A
variety of events and activities within Pacific Place, the Old
Orchard Gallery, Pudd’nhead Books, the Big Sky Café and the community
are kept current on the bulletin board for your enjoyment. Frequently,
the staff arranges a continental breakfast bar for the residents
who enjoy stopping in for coffee, fruit or muffins before they
begin their day.
Our grounds and building maintenance staff crew keep the building
and gardens looking fresh and interesting. From our beautifully
landscaped gardens to keeping up with needed repairs and maintenance,
residents can be assured that the crew is on top of everything.
Throughout the years these tasks may include: clearing the sidewalks
and driveways of snow in the winter, raking leaves, mulching
and watering gardens, or assisting with groceries and heavy packages.
We encourage bird feeders and houses in our gardens and enjoy
watching the many varieties of birds and animals that have become
a part of our property.
A day and evening manager are on duty throughout the week, and
see to it that all residents and building needs are met. The
manager may greet the resident with “have a great day” or welcome
you home from an evening concert. The manager is aware of all
building services and needs, and can always get an answer or
solution. Whether it is to listen to a specific question or respond
quickly to a problem or emergency, residents know they can count
on the manager and her staff to always be there when you need
them.
Our friendly staff will always be there, taking care of daily
tasks which keep Pacific Place running smoothly and predictably.
Everyone knows the staff and are seen frequently visiting or
sharing stories, family photographs and helping each other solve
the problems of the world. With consistent care and attention
